Is it weird to think I smell sexy?

Because if my boyfriend smelled like this, I would totally jump his bones.

What utilities are covered? 

Who is responsible for snow/lawn?: 

Where is laundry? How much is it? 

How many guests can you have? Can they be overnight?  

How many nights? 

Where does garbage go 

Parking spaces? How many? Assigned?

Can we paint?

Can we hang things on the walls? 

If we have a baby, will that be  a problem? 

TESTING: flush the toilet - turn on the water. If the bath is running, do you still have water in the kitchen?

Do windows open and close?

Ask for a copy of the lease and application

Take pictures!

Take measurements! 

Can you guys think of anything else I’d need to ask/Do?
